Book Review2-15 "A NEW SCHOOL"

I want to old brother who is away of the age because I read this story.
This story’s main character is Ravi who is elementary student and he has young sister. And she entered school and this story starts her first day at school. So Ravi had to look after his sister. But Ravi felt awful because another student giggled at him because he was holding hands with his baby sister.

In this playtime, Ravi’s sister lost the way to her class. But Ravi’s friend found her and then he and Ravi took her classroom. At that time, classmate said “you are sister’s boyfriend.” Ravi thought he suppose the classmate would have left her sister in the playground, all on her own, crying her eyes out and he was just being stupid.
I was very concerned him because he was not ashamed and he said right thing. So I think I want to brother. This story was very good and easy understanding. Please read it if you have taken opportunity. 170

Book Review2-14 "The little Queen"

Mum and Dad took children for a picnic. They went to a place named "White Hill". That day was good for a picnic. They brought many foods and sat down at the bottom of the hill. And they ate lunch. After that, children wanted to walk up the hill and tried to it. But Mum called them back because there were a lot of litters they ate. She ordered them to clean it. Then, they saw a strange looking aircraft in the sky. It was a microlight and looked like a frying chair. Then they went back to the car. Chip found Floppy hurt himself. And Wilma found a broken bottle. Floppy was cut on it. Then, they went to restaurant. There was a garbage can and it was full. Chip threw garbage on the ground. Then he went home and went to bed. Suddenly, a magic key took him to the Litter queen's palace. There was a lot of garbage there. The Queen ordered Chip to spread garbage everywhere. But, he didn't want to it. There was a microlight. She tried to spread garbage all over the world. Chip was frightened of her. Then, Chip and the Queen rode on the microlight and flew in the sky. He found the place that he had a picnic. He didn't want to throw garbage there. Suddenly, the microlight broke and Chip was falling. Then, he woke up. The adventure finished. The next day, Chip went to school and there were a lot of garbage in the ground. Chip asked a teacher to stop throwing garbage. Chip won a special prize.

This story was interesting and a very good story. Chip was great that he try to reduce garbage. 287

Book Review 1-13 "Karen and the ARTIST".

I read "Karen and the ARTIST". A woman went to the Roma because of her job. She works as a flight attendant. So she has a free time to see around Roma. Then she met a man who is very young and poor. He often goes a bar, and he ordered some food and drinks. He doesn't much money so he gives some pictures to a barman instead of the calculation.
The bar has very full of pictures. The woman Karen is really like those pictures. She wants to buy those pictures as great works. She tried to sell those pictures all around the world to give some money to young talented artist. She could sell them as very expensive price. She got much money. 1000 pounds and 10000 francs she earned. The young artist was really happy, but the most joy is her coming back. He wants to stay with her forever. He told her not to go away again. He paints her picture at last. This book was interesting. 164

Book Review2-12 "Dutch Adventure"

I read "Dutch Adventure". Dad, Biff and Chip went to the supermarket. They went to the place that there were cheeses. A lady sold cheeses and gave some cheeses to them. They liked it and bought four cheeses. And they got two caps. Then, Dad put the cheeses on the roof of the car and forgot about them. Cheeses fell off the roof because Dad stopped suddenly.

Suddenly a key glowed and took children to Holland. There were windmills everywhere. Then, Chip and Biff tried to find a village and walked. Suddenly, a boy and a cart with some cheeses came. His name was Hans. He was taking cheeses to market. Children rode on the cart and tried to go to a village because it took long time to a village. They went past a man on a bicycle with a cheese and struck the cart. Cheeses on the cart fell off. The man didn't find his cheese at first. But he could it. Then, children carried cheeses to market because the cart broke. On the way to market, they heard someone shouting. Water overflowed from bank and a girl tried to stop it. Chip closed the hole with cheeses, but it needed one more. Then the man went past, so children told him to help it. But the man didn't help. Children followed him and went to a village. The man was inside his house and cut the cheese. Some diamonds were inside the cheese. He was a thief. Children told Mayor about the thief. Mayor arrested the man. Then, children and villager mended the the bank. Children got two cheeses finally. Then, they went back to their house.

This story was interesting. I thought children were very kind because they helped a girl. 294

Book review2-11 "Mirror Island"

I read “Mirror Island”. Chip was drawing a picture in his room. His friends called him, so he went to them. And he showed the picture. The words were written backward. Chip put a mirror on the paper. Suddenly, the magic key was glowing and took children to an island.
There was a man looked fierce. The man ran after children, so they escaped. But he cried, so Chip gave him a mirror and the man looked it. The man started to cry because he found that his face was stern. They introduced their selves each other. The man’s name was Captain Crow. He has been alone for ten months. He has found treasures for a long time. He had a treasure map. But words were written backward, so he couldn't understand it. Chip reflected the word in the mirror. Captain Crow could read the word. And he dug the ground that there was the treasure. Finally he could find it. He was very happy. Children gave a mirror to Captain Crow.

This story was interesting and easy to read for me. Captain Crow seemed very happy when he could find the treasure. 193

Book review2-10 "Superdog"

I read "Superdog." Everyone watched the "Dog of the Year Show" on TV. They watched a dog and she ran quickly and didn't make a mistake. Floppy was asleep on the floor. Biff wanted Floppy to do clever things like them.

Next day, children played outside. They wonder if Floppy could do some of the things they saw on TV. Children ordered Floppy to jump on the box. Children made a course for Floppy. At first, Floppy did very well. But he soon got tired. He thought that he don't want to do it.

Floppy went to Biff's room and he was asleep. The magic key took him to a city. Floppy explored the city. He found a stroller. A baby was in the stroller and it began to move suddenly. It began to move faster. Nobody could stop it because it was going too fast. Floppy saw the stroller running down the hill. Then, Floppy ran after the stroller and grabbed it. He saved the baby. Then, a thief grabbed a lady's bag and ran away with it. Floppy saw it and ran after the thief. The thief tried to get over a wall, but Floppy grabbed the man. Then, Floppy went to the sea. There were a lot of people watching the ship. Suddenly, a boy had fallen in the water. But nobody saw the boy fall in because everyone seemed happy. Floppy jumped in the water and pulled the boy out of the water. He was called "Superdog". There were some homeless dogs in the city. They persecuted a lost dog. But Floppy ordered to stop, they stopped it. Then, Floppy found a man. He slipped and fell. Floppy went to the rescue.

Suddenly the magic key began to glow and Floppy's adventure end. Children took Floppy outside. It was time to do the Dog of the Year course again. After that, Floppy ran into the park. He didn't want to be the Dog of the Year. He thought he was not Superdog and He was just him.

This story was long, so many things happened in this story. I thought Floppy was kind and very great because he helped many people. This story was interesting. 369

Book Review2-09 "A present for Jojo"

I read "A present for Jojo". That day was Mouse and Jojo's birthday. They are twins. Jojo gave Mouse a map of the stars. He was happy because that was what he wanted. And Mouse gave a mobile of the planets. But Jojo seemed happy very much because it was not what she wanted.

Pip gave them his presents. Mouse was happy to get a present that was just what he wanted. But it was not what Jojo wanted. Then Jojo saw a great big present on the table. She wished there were two big presents. They opened the present. It was a telescope. Mouse was very excited, but Jojo was not happy because she didn't want the telescope at all. They always had space things because Mouse liked them. Jojo told everyone didn't know what she likes. So Dad asked her what she wants. Jojo could not think of anything she liked. Jojo cried because she didn't know what she likes.

Suddenly, Jojo went to Lucky's grave in the garden. She was sad because nobody cared about her. Lucky's grave was dirty. She thought that nobody cares about him. Then, Jojo cleaned Lucky's grave. Mum came to see her. Mum had a good idea.

So they went to the garden centre. There were flowers and trees in pots. Jojo found what she likes. Mum helped Jojo to choose some flowers. Meanwhile, Dad took Mouse and Pip inside and bought many things. It was a secret.

Mum and Pip helped Jojo to plant her flowers. While she was making it, Mouse, Mum and Dad were making a present for Jojo. It was a room with flowers. She was very happy.

This story was interesting and I was moved. I thought she was sorry at first because she couldn't get what she wanted. And she was very kind because she cleaned Lucky's grave. Her family was also very warm. I want to recommend this book to everyone. 326

Book review2-08 "Stop Thief!"

I read "Stop Thief!" One day, children pushed the magic button. It took them to a busy market place. It was hot. First they decided to visit the temple because it looked cool under the tree. Suddenly they heard a shout just as they reached the temple. A man jumped onto a horse. Then, an old man came running out. Though, he told the thief to stop, it was too late. The thief was gone. He has stolen man's Rose Red Ruby. He would take it to the Red Queen who was the ruler of thieves. Children decided to take that camel and follow him in order to help the man. The market was still very busy, but Jojo found the thief. Children saw him enter a door. They tried to enter in there, but three men came running out. Then, they ran towards the children and grabbed them. The Red Queen sat before them. The thief put the ruby at her foot. It was the Rose Red Ruby she has waited for a long time. Suddenly, the monkey grabbed the ruby and ran from the room. She followed the thieves. Children found five water pots and quickly they jumped in. Just then, there was a sound from inside the pot. There was the monkey named Coco. Coco threw the ruby ran away. The old man was very happy to get the Rose Red Ruby back. Then, children went to home.

This story was good and I moved. I thought children were great because they helped the old man. This story was interesting. 263

Book Review2-07 "A Rat for Mouse"

I read "A Rat for Mouse". Jojo had a new hamster, Jumbo. Everyone loved him because he was sweet and funny, but Mouse didn't like him. Mouse wanted another pet. One day, Mr Macdonald took Mouse to the pet shop. Though he thought Mouse would choose another rabbit, Mouse didn't want it. Because he could never love another rabbit as much as he had loved Lucky. Then, they looked at other pets. But he didn't like them. Then, Mouse saw the rat in a cage. Mouse thought that this is what he want. The shopkeeper said that rats were very good pets because they were clean and clever. Then, Mouse learned that he should not try to catch the rat until the rat comes to him, or he might bite him. Mouse chose a cage with a ladder and a wheel. Mouse was very exited. Mouse went to house and when his mum saw it, she was very surprised. Mouse explained that rats made very good pets. Jojo wanted to pick the rat up, but Mouse told them what the pet shop man had said. Mouse called his rat Ricky. Mouse loved him very much.

Mouse's friend caught for him without thinking. The rat bit Ben's finger. Then, everyone was afraid of Mouse's rat because they thought he was dangerous. But, Mouse loved him.
This story was interesting and easy to read. I could understand how to have a rat. I want to have a rat like Ricky. He was very pretty. 252

Book Review2-06 "Egyptian Adventure"

I read "Egyptian Adventure". First, a boy called Nadim had a model book about the Ancient Egyptians which is not just read and press out the shapes and then fold and glue them to a make a model. Nadim’s friends made lots of shapes for example pyramids or sphinx. They were enjoying making them. But Floppy that is dog of Nadim’s friend ran into the room and crushed the sphinx. When they were shocked that incident, suddenly the magic key of the model book began to glow. The key took the children and Floppy back in time. It happened to a magic adventure. The magic took them back to Ancient Egypt. They could see real pyramid and how to build pyramids. They were amazing very much. They were found by Egyptian people. And people had the mistaken idea that Floppy is a sacred animal and they took Floppy to pharaoh. Pharaoh made a Floppy’s caving. Other, children had to help making pyramids. Finally, they came back to now and they said “What an adventure”. And sphinx crushed by Floppy was repaired but it looked like Floppy.
I like this book very much because it is very fantasy. This book was so interesting and I recommend the book to everyone. 209

Book review2-05 "Submarine Adventure"

I read "Submarine Adventure". Wilf and Wilma had come to play at Biff and Chip's house because it was Wilf's birthday. Biff and Chip gave him a big card. Wilf had a large box that was his birthday present. It is a kind of submarine and explores the sea bed. Biff looked at the magic key, it began to glow suddenly. The magic took the children to the sea, where there were lots of boats. The children found a yellow submarine that looked just like Wilf's submarine. When the children went to look at the submarine, a hatch began to open and a man looked out. He was Professor Tangle. The children introduced their selves to him. Then, they all climbed into the submarine. They have never been in it. Professor Tangle shut the hatch. He started the engines and the submarine went under the water. Everyone looked out of the window and could see fish everywhere. Then, Biff pushed button, Wilf pressed handle and Chip pulled lever. They seemed busy because there were far too much to do. The submarine began to dive and went deeper. Professor Tangle was excited began but the children were scared. It was getting very dark. So the Professor Tangle tried to push the light switch, but the lights didn't work. The huge rocks were coming to them. Professor Tangle pushed a button and pulled a lever. The submarine didn't crash and it just missed the rocks. There was a cave ahead of them, but the submarine was heading for it. Professor Tangle pulled a lever and the submarine slowed down just in time. The submarine went into the cave. Professor Tangle put the new fuse in and all the lights came on. The cave shone and sparkled. There were diamonds all over the walls. Professor Tangle wanted to get them, but he couldn't get them. Suddenly, the walls of the cave began to shake. Rocks and stones fell all around them. The submarine got out just in time. They were all sad that they couldn't get the diamonds. Just then the key began to glow and the magic took them back to Biff's house. This story was difficult for me to read because there were many words I didn't know. I want to experience like this story. 384

Book review2-04 "The Laughing Princess"

I read "The laughing Princess". Chip was reading a new book that was about a princess who couldn't laugh. Nobody could make her laugh. Chip had a good idea. He said "Try and make me laugh". So, Biff made a funny face, but she couldn't make Chip laugh. Next, Biff put on a funny joke, but she couldn't. And kipper had some joke teeth. Everyone laughed!!! The magic key began to glow and the magic took them on a new adventure. The children were in a village. There was a notice that was about a princess who couldn't laugh on a tree there. Kipper still had the joke teeth and he thought that he could make the princess laugh. The king was in the village. Everyone tried making the king laugh, but no one could make him laugh. The king looked like boring. And the children's turn came. The teeth went click and everyone laughed very much. The king liked too and he said that that could make the princess laugh. Kipper dropped the teeth. A dog caught them and ran off with them in its mouth. The dog ran and everyone ran after the dog to catch. Chip grabbed the dog and the dog dropped the teeth, but it was broken. The king and the children were sad. They wouldn't make the princess laugh. The princess heard the noise and saw the king and she started to laugh. The king had mud on his clothes and he had the teeth on the cushion. He looked so funny that the princess laughed. He could make the princess laugh!!! Everyone laughed and cheered. Suddenly the magic key began to glow and the magic took the children home. This story was interesting. When the dog caught the teeth and it was broken, I thought the children couldn't make the princess laugh without the teeth. But I was happy that the princess could laugh finally. 322

Book review2-03 "The broken Roof"

I read “The Broken Roof”. The children were outside on the field at school as it was games time. There were many rubbish there. Ms May saw something in the junk. It was a mangle that gets the water out of wet clothes. The children didn’t know how to use it. So Ms May took the mangle into the classroom and showed the children how it worked. First she got a big sheet and made it wet. And the children turned the handle and put the sheet through. The water ran out of the sheet and went into a bucket. We didn’t use mangles to get clothes dry, but people dried clothes with it a long time ago. Ms May asked the children if they had any old things at home. Biff and Chip got home and looked at the little house. The house and dolls looked very old. Biff and Chip decided to take them to school. Kipper didn’t want to take the little house to school because it was magic house!! Some of the children took old things to school. Ms May and all the children liked the little house. Biff and Chip didn’t say that the house was magic. Wilf fall books on the little house and one of the books made a hole in the roof. Wilf was very upset when he saw that the roof was broken. He said that he could get his dad to mend it. Kipper was cross when he saw that it was broken. He had the magic key in his hand and the key began to glow. The magic took the children back in time. It took them to their house a long time ago. The house looked new but the roof was broken. There were three children playing outside and two man were mending the roof. The house looked like their little house. The children saw Biff, Chip and Kipper and ran up to them. They were Victoria, Edward and Will. Kipper looked up the men on the roof. The roof was broken when Edward woke up. A lady came out and called to the children as it was time for tea. Everyone went inside and had tea. The broken roof was in Edward's room. And it mended yet. Then the children went into Victoria's room. She took the children into the little room. She showed them a little house that her father was making for her. That house looked like her real house. Chip gave his watch to Edward, and Edward gave a boat to Chip. Chip waanted to take the boat to school to show Ms May. Suddenly the magic key began to glow. It was time to go. But the children didn't want to go home. They had a good time. The magic took the children home. The broken roof has been mended. Maybe their dad mended it. But the workmen in the adventure would do it. The children liked that adventure best of all. They also liked those children long ago. So they wanted to go back and see them again. This story was interesting. I seemed strange that the roof of a little house was mended when the children went home from the adventure. 540

Book Review2-2 "A Day in London"

I read "A Day in London". Gran came to children's house to stay. The children like Gran because she is good fun. Gran gave presents to everyone. She also gave them some funny looking parcels. It was boomerangs. Gran took children outside and she threw a boomerang. Kipper wanted to play with the golf clubs gave by Gran, so Gran showed him what to do. She hit the ball, but it smashed a window as she hit it too hard. One day, Gran had promised to take the children on an outing. They decided to go to London. Though Gran is fun and kind, Mum worried with Gran because Gran was always in trouble everywhere. So Mum told the children that they had to try and stop Gran's getting into trouble. Gran and children got to London and went to Trafalgar Square. There were lots of pigeons in there. Gran bought some nuts and children fed the pigeons. They had a good time there. Then they went to Buckingham Palace where the Queen lives. It was enormous. A big car drove past and everyone cheered and waved. Perhaps it was the Queen, but children couldn't see who was inside the car. Gran took children on a boat. They were exited because the bridge began to open. Then, they went to the waxworks that has wax models of famous people. They looked at a street scene. That was what London was like a long time ago and a lot of people were very poor. Gran went off to look at the Royal Family while children stayed at the street scene. Children noticed that Gran wasn't near them and worried. Gran dropped her handbag, and some money rolled among the models. Then, she went to pick up. Gran picked the models up and put the heads back on, so Children couldn't believe it. They picked the models up and put the heads back on quickly. A lady ran up and she was very cross with Gran. And they apologized to a lady. Though there were many troubles, children had very good time thanks to Gran. Then they returned to home. I felt uneasy very much whether Gran caused a big trouble while I was reading this book. But this story was interesting. 380

Book Review2-1 "The Jigsaw Puzzle"

I read "The Jigsaw Puzzle". The children were bored and fed up because it was raining that day. They wanted to play with the frisbee outside. So Mum gave a new jigsaw puzzle to them. The children looked at it. It was a picture of soldiers and a boy. In the picture, the soldiers were asking the boy a question and they wanted to know where his father was. Though the children liked the jigsaw, everyone got bored in the end. The magic key began to glow and took them to a time long ago. Some children were playing outside. Everyone met and introduced themselves each other. There was a boy named "Edmund" and his father was very important. And everyone played with a frisbee. Suddenly, there was a shout and a man ran towards Edmund's father. Edmund's father ran inside the house and hide because Edmund's father was killed by the soldiers if they found him. Then the soldiers came to the house and knocked on the door. Everyone ran to the library as the library had a secret room. The room was behind a bookcase. So Edmund's father hid in the secret room. The soldiers ran into the house and looked for Edmund's father. Though the soldiers looked everywhere, they couldn't find Edmund's father. But one of the soldiers found a sword. The important men were angry and the soldiers started to find the father. The children had a good idea. It was that the father could escape if he dressed up as a woman. The children threw the frisbee at a soldier. The soldiers liked the frisbee and went outside and play with it. Suddenly, an old woman came up but the soldiers drove back her. She looked very poor and wanted some money. Suddenly, one of the soldiers saw someone running away near the house. The soldiers chased the woman. And they found that it was a man. And they caught him. They thought that the man was Edmund's father, but it was a trick. Edmund's father was an old woman. It was a good trick. And the magic key began to glow and the magic finished. This story was interesting. When the soldiers caught the man, I felt uneasy because I thought a woman dressed up was Edmund's father. It was good to help Edmund's father. 391

Book Review1-14 "Lost in the Jungle"

I read "Lost in the Jungle". The next day was Mum's birthday. Though Kipper had made her a monkey at school and Chip had a box of chocolates for her, Biff didn't know what to get. So Biff asked Anneena's mum to help her buy a plant. They went into a big greenhouse. She could find one that she liked. Then, the children gave her their presents. Mum liked them all. Dad also gave a plant as present for Mum. He didn't know Biff had a plant as well. Annena came to their house to play and gave their mum a plant. Mum came round with a plant. It was quite like a jungle in there. The children went to play in Biff's room and the magic key began to glow. The magic took them into a jungle. The jungle was full of plants and it was ten times bigger than the one Biff gave mum. They ran through the jungle and they met monkey and snake. Then, they came to a river. There were alligators asleep on the bank. Suddenly they fell into a big net and it pulled them up in the air. The net was trap to catch animals. A man and a lady came out of the trees and they got the children down. They have been lost for years. They showed the children a picture. They were looking for that place named "the Lost City". Nobody lives there and it's been lost for years. The children wanted to help them find the Lost city. They found a boat an the bank of the river. They got in the boat and paddled up the river. They came to a waterfall. But they could not stop the boat as the paddle had broken. The boat went through the waterfall. Behind the waterfall there were some steps and they went up for a long way. And they could arrive at the Lost City. Nobody had been in the city for years. There were plants and trees everywhere. Biff pulled a plant out of a wall as she wanted to give it to mum. Then, they went to a big building. Everything inside the building was made of gold. It was a very wonderful place. Suddenly, the key began to glow and the magic took the children home. This story was interesting. Though nobody could find the Lost City, I am happy that a man and a lady could find it thanks to the children. 417

Book Review1-13 "Christmas Adventure"

I read "Christmas Adventure". It is a story of Christmas. It was Christmas Eve. The children were excited, but Mum and Dad was cross because Christmas is hard work. So their parents wanted the children to help some decorations for Christmas. But the children didn't want to do it, so they were watching television. Then, Will and Wilma came to their house. Wilf and Wilma had presents for Biff, Chip and Kipper. Biff and Chip had also presents for Wilf and Wilma. The magic key began to grow. It was time for a magic adventure. The magic key took the children to the land of Father Christmas. So the children were very happy and they all wanted special presents. The children rang the door bell many times, but nobody came to the door. The children looked for Father Christmas, but he was not there. So the children were disappointed. The children looked for Father Christmas and they came to his house. Then, the children went inside. An old man was asleep in a chair because he worked all night for Christmas and he was very tired. Suddenly, Father Christmas woke up. Though that day was Christmas, Father Christmas hadn't put up his decorations because he has been too busy. He had also no Christmas dinner as he didn't have time. The children were sorry for Father Christmas. So the children decorated a Christmas tree. They also made some strawberry jam sandwiches. Father Christmas was very happy as most children just want things but the children have given him a good Christmas. And the key began to glow. The magic took the children home. Then, the children asked their parents what to do for Christmas Eve. This story was very interesting for me. Father Christmas seemed to be happy because the children have given him a good Christmas. I thought the children were respectable as they helped their parents. 318

Book Review 1-12 "Roman Adventure".

I read "Roman Adventure". Biff and Chip were doing a project that was for Ms May on the Romans. Biff mace a chariot and Chip drew a picture. Then, they showed the picture and the model to their mother and mother. Mum and Dad played a joke on Biff and Chip and they dressed up as Romans. Kipper had some pizza and Mum had some grapes. Then, Biff and Chip painted a picture. Suddenly, the magic key began to glow and took them on a new adventure. The magic took the children back to Roman times. A girl named "Diana" was playing in the street and looked at Biff's model. It was a good model but it didn't look quite right. Biff and Chip have never seen a real chariot. So, Diana's brother "Mark" showed them a real chariot. He was a chariot driver. Biff pretended she was a chariot driver. She wanted to be a chariot driver. Everyone was hungry, so Diana took the children home. Her father was baker and he made the best bread in Rome. Everyone looked at the bread, but it didn't look like bread at all. Chip looked at the flat bread and had a good idea that made pizza. But Roman didn't know what pizzas were, so Chip told them how to make pizzas. Diana's father was pleased. Then he suggested that he sold pizza. As the chariot race was held that day, they decided to sell the pizzas there. They took the pizzas to the chariot races, but nobody bought the pizzas as everyone was looking at the races. So Mark put a banner about pizza on his chariot. The race began and everyone cheered when Mark came first. Thanks to the banner, people ran to buy the pizzas. But some soldiers grabbed the family and the children. The Emperor wanted to see them and he was angry. So Diana gave him a pizza. And he liked it. Finally, Diana was admitted to sell pizzas. The magic key glowed and the children went back to their house. This story was interesting. Though the emperor was angry at first, I was happy that he ate pizzas and liked it. 366

Book Review 1-11 Carla Crocodile's Knitting

I read "Carla Crocodile's Knitting". As Carla Crocodile liked knitting, she got out her knitting needles and she got out her wool. First, she knitted a scarf. Carla's friend came to her house. he is Charlie. As he liked the scarf, Carla gave him it. Next, Carla knitted a hat. As Charlie also liked the hat, Carla gave him the hat. Then, Charlie ordered Carla to knit some socks. So she knitted a sock. Though she made a pair, she didn't make the mate to this sock. So Carla looked at the sock and wrote down what she did. I read "Rotten Apples". Biff wanted to help Mum. So mum gave her a job to pick up the apples. She picked up the rotten apples and put them in the box. A man with a horse and cart came down the street. He is "Harry Smith". He made people laugh and everyone likes him. He always sells things from his cart. Biff gave the horse an apple and the horse ate it. But the horse also ate all rotten apples in the box. The children climbed on the cart and the horse began to run. Harry Smith ordered the horse to slow down, but the horse went faster and faster. It ran into a car park. The horse stopped and went to sleep. The rotten apples made the horse drunk. Many people came to see the horse. They bought things from the cart. Harry was very happy. This story was interesting and easy to read for me. I thought it was good to come to the park and Harry could sell everything thanks to the horse. (177words)
